In my mind I’m with you is a research project that aims to fill the gap between the physical and digital proximity. A set of two lamps are paired and serve as an interface for communicating physical presence at a distance in a subtle way. The lamp capture sound, position and color and transmit those informations to be translated by the second lamp. The lamps aim to interconnect the liveliness of two surroundings and bring two distant users, closer in though.
