WHEN WAVES MEET

2016 - A research project that aims at reading the space with a sonic layer. 

Observing what is around us, the landscape, is a visual experience. Shades and colors constituting our surrounding occurs thanks to lightwave. When waves meet is an alternative way to experience our surrounding, grasping waves of light turning them into waves of sound, translating landscapes into soundscapes.
Working with a camera and a Processing script that translate the video input in midi data output.
